
I’ve heard many good things about drinking Apple Cider Vinegar on daily basis from my friends and I finally decided to give it a try as I am slowly getting ready for the summer body! My body definitely felt the need for some detoxification and cleaning from the long long winter with lots of carbs. I make one jug every morning with apple cider vinegar and some lemon juice for extra vitamins and flavor. Honey is a good option if you get heartburn from lemon. The vinegar smells pretty strong but once it’s mixed with water and lemon, it’s very refreshing and a perfect pick-me-up drink through out the day.
I am using Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Make sure to buy “raw, unfiltered”, “with the mother” product. You can find it at almost any grocery stores and price ranges from $2.50(16oz)-$5.50(32oz) approximately depending on the store.

HOW TO DRINK APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
1. Put 1-2 tsps of apple cider vinegar in a 8oz glass of water.
2. Add lemon or honey of your choice (optional).
Ideal pick-me-up at home, work, sports or gym.
Perfect 3 times daily, upon arising, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
MAKING A JUG:
1. 9(water):1(apple cider vinegar) ratio – this is flexible depending on your taste.

I’ve been drinking apple cider vinegar for 2 weeks now and I have to say my skin tone and breakout got a lot better! Also my body feels lighter and more energetic. This has been helping me with drinking more water and staying hydrated. I will be drinking Apple Cider Vinegar drink in short term 1-2 months and give a break for few months before I start again. I’ve read an article that there were some side effects to a woman who drank apple cider vinegar drink everyday for six years.
No matter how healthy the food is, it’s never good or can be even harmful when consumed too much. Check how your body reacts to the drink and stop if you get any side effects. If you have any existing health issues or have a sensitive body, do enough research and ask your doctor before consuming.
